Visits from the Postman

The lastest package from my online shopping just arrived. Brown and gold sandals from Newport News. Yes, you heard me right. Their shoes are pretty kick ass... and really cheap. These sandals were only $19 and look amazing in person. Plus they are comfortable and really sturdy. So no fear of them falling apart after a few wears. And now I am going to order them in the white and silver as well. What can I say, I have an addiction...

Dior Resort 2011

Dior's Resort 2011 is oozing romance and 60's chic that makes you want to swoon and then drink a martini. I tried to pull my top 3 favorites and ended up with nearly 10. So I met in the middle and am posting 6. Starting with the "wedding dress" that is perfect and pretty and makes me want to play dress up.

Where the Sun Shines

Spending a week on the couch means one thing -- a LOT of online shopping. Blame it on the meds. I have no control. So much free time to think of the many things I lust after. Look at magazines and dream about pretty clothes and then open the computer to see where I can buy them. Yesterday it was sandals. Today, I want a Soda Stream (not clothing, but just as magical).

And dreaming of Amalfi... sunshine, a beach and the ocean. Meet me there?

A little of this, a little of that

In prep for Friday's surgery, I thought I would buy something new to wear. So I did a little online shopping. Isn't that what everyone does before a trip to the hospital? I don't want to be wheeled out in some mismatched sweats that have holes in them.

Ok, kidding. About half of that at least. I didn't really buy a new outfit to wear to the hospital (though would you be surprised if I did?). But I did manage to buy yet another pair of Gap jeans. Which brings the count to 11. I have a problem.

But aren't they soooo lovely?
