When I was a little girl, I used to dress up in my Nana's fancy dresses and spin around in circles, as though the world revolved around only me.When I was 15, I would take my sister's clothes, wanting to look older than I was, because in my small town it felt like the world was revolving without me.
This morning I tried on my fancy dress and my too-high shoes and spun around my apartment - revolving, revolving, revolving around.
